Shipping and Delivery Information

We understand and acknowledge that you will want to have your goods delivered as quickly and seamless as possible after placing your purchase order.

Therefore as soon as we receive confirmation of your cleared payment  and if your product(s) are in stock, we will schedule shipment of your order  and provide confirmation that the items have shipped.  

Purchased items that are in stock will  ship from our warehouse  within 1-2 business days of you placing your order. Purchase orders relating to goods not in stock will ship once the item is back in stock –  we will endeavour to keep you  updated  on the anticipated delivery schedule and once the purchase order is ready we will send you the shipping notification.

We  use Australia Post eParcel Standard Service for local  deliveries,  as such expect that you  will receive your delivery within 1- 9 working days from the shipping date (dependant upon  your location are in Australia).  If you require  your purchased items sooner than the schedule offered by the eParcel Standard Service, we also offer the Australia eParcel Express  Service. It is important to note that the eParcel Express Service is more expensive than the eParcel Standard Service. You will be advised of the difference in the cost and increase in the overall price of your purchase order.

Both services offer parcel tracking, so you can informed of the status of your delivery

If you are not home upon delivery – not a problem, a card will be left for you to collect your shipment from your local Australia Post office.

All international orders are sent via DHL Express delivery

Vic Market Sports Standard Parcel Delivery (within Australia)

Our standard shipping price varies based on the size and weight of the order. This is automatically calculated for you when you are in the Checkout page.  This service includes online tracking and a signed for service.

Vic Market Sports Express Parcel Delivery (within Australia)

Want your order to be delivered faster?  Not a problem – we can offer you the EXPRESS service for an additional charge as per below.  This service includes online tracking and a signed for service and means you will take receipt of your order  sooner than the standard parcel service

Please check your delivery postcode to make sure the eParcel Express service is available in your area for items that are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

Vic Market Sports International Delivery (outside Australia) via TNT / DHL Express

We’re pleased to now offer shipping to selected countries online via DHL Express; New Zealand, Asia, USA, Canada and Europe. This service comes with Express delivery and with a full tracking door to the door, so you will know when your items will arrive at the nominated address. International deliveries are not insuranced for breakages for fragile products that includes, for example  glassware, ceramic items

PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENT OF ANY APPLICABLE IMPORT DUTIES AND LOCAL TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECEIVER.  IN THE EVENT THAT THE ABOVE ARE PAYABLE (AS THIS VARIES COUNTRY TO COUNTRY) YOU WILL BE CONTACTED DIRECTLY BY THE COURIER IN YOUR COUNTRY TO INFORM YOU OF THE AMOUNT AND TERMS OF THE RESPECTIVE PAYMENT.
